Floorshare

In principle, floorshare works on a similar basis to the add-on-factor. It is a percentage coefficient charged on top of net office space and it represents the tenant’s share of the common spaces on the floor occupied by the tenant.

Floorshare typically includes a share of the shared toilets or the elevator lobby on the given floor.
