Who we are

Prochazka & Partners was founded in 2013 and has developed into one of the dominant players in the domestic commercial real estate market – thanks to a proactive approach, top quality and comprehensive services.

We provide companies with consultancy in the Offices and Industrial segments, including leases, sales, renegotiations, land acquisitions, turnkey construction and investment. The Design & Build team will provide you with complete designs and implementation of commercial spaces, including construction consultancy, project and cost management and technical supervision.

Since 2016, we have been the organizer of the Office of the Year competition. Our team consists of over 40 experts who have so far negotiated more than 1,000 contracts and helped clients save over CZK 17 billion.

Management

Radek is the Managing Partner and Statutory Executive of Prochazka & Partners, which he founded as an independent consultancy for exclusive representation of tenants of commercial real estate. He is one of the highest authorities in the field of tenant representation in the Czech Republic and the CEE.

After seven years of collecting consultancy experience in the field of commercial real estate in international real estate companies, in 2013 Radek founded his own business which focuses exclusively on representing tenants of commercial properties. As Managing Partner, he focuses on the company’s most strategic clients and takes an active role in negotiating suitable solutions and managing projects. During his career so far, Radek has represented around 250 companies and a volume of over 550,000 m2 of commercial space, which he helped to save over CZK 3 billion.

Radek studied at the University of New York in Prague; after two years he left for the USA, where he later graduated in Finance from the University of San Francisco. He earned his MBA and London Business School.

About the competition

Prochazka & Partners’ focus on supporting a quality work environment is reflected in the prestigious Office of the Year competition, which has been awarded annually since 2016 under the leadership of Radek Procházka, Managing Partner of Prochazka & Partners.

The aim of the Office of the Year competition is to evaluate companies that invest in the satisfaction of their people through their premises, and to popularize them as an attractive employer. Our goal is for our clients to be a role model for other companies in this regard. The ceremony will take place during a gala evening at the Žofín Palace in Prague.
