Petr Narwa leads our Office, Industrial and Investment teams, eight people altogether. In addition to managing a team of professionals, he is also in charge key clients, especially in the areas of corporate consulting, transactions, structuring complex projects such as the acquisition of land or buildings, sale & leaseback, turnkey build-to-own and build-to-suit projects.

Petr Narwa graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a degree in Business and Finance and has 10 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate. He started his career in Czech offices of international companies in the field of commercial real estate. He joined Prochazka & Partners in 2014, when he decided to leave the corporate environment and help achieve Radek’s vision – to build a market-leading local commercial real estate consultancy for corporate clients. He teamed up with Radek and together they built an in-house team of professionals and developed a consulting service for businesses – the foundations of Prochazka & Partners until today.
When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his family, do sports and travel.

Music, a barbecue and enough meat to put on it, and a helicopter to escape from the island when I’ve had enough of it…

FTV PRIMA hired us as professional cost managers for the fitting and furnishing of their premises. We handled tendering for deliveries and installations for 12,500 sqm.
We helped WeWork with their first office in the Czech Republic. Coordination of the entire project on six floors of 5,500 sqm in total took 12 weeks.
For Assa Abloy, we found new premises, supplied the interior design and fitting from shell & core. Total area 1,700 sqm.
For McDonald’s we found a new location, produced a design concept including furniture, negotiated fit-out contributions, and managed the whole 1,100 sqm project.
We delivered office design for Edwards Lifesciences and created a successful HQ for the company in the new building. We also conducted tenders for interior elements on an area of 6,000 sqm.
