In 2021, we delivered comprehensive Design & Build services to Baker & McKenzie in the form of office design for the renovation of an existing 450 sqm building in Prague City Center and oversaw the successful construction of the contract with the help of our project managers. We also renegotiated the entire 2,200 sqm lease.
