We provided project and pricing management services for Publicis Groupe, one of the largest communications agencies in the world. The new offices are located in Dock 04 in 5th and 6th floor with a total area of 4,500 sqm. Our services included, but were not limited to, architect tender and its coordination, project documentation contractor tender and its coordination, FIT OUT general contractor tender and its coordination, including implementation of the client’s space design requirements to meet the landlord’s standards.
